Madison’s CHD Awareness Fund

My dear friend Destany Jones has a beautiful 7 year old daughter, Madison, who was born with a congenital heart defect. #CHD She has faced more in her 7 short years of life than most adults. Including 3 open heart surgeries and countless other invasive procedures. She fights a battle like no other every day, and so does her mom. Destany is an amazing friend and mother. She is single and facing this alone. She needs to take Madison to Boston to meet with top physicians/surgeons, which will be extremely costly. This is her daughters life.
