I have known Joe Altieri for over 10 years. His love and passion for rescuing dogs is beyond anything I've seen anyone else do, and I personally worked in rescue for many years. It is heartbreaking work, because you simply can't save them all.

Joes dog rescue, Rock N Rolls Rescue, located in Acton, Ca, is in need of help. They need donations, volunteers and fosters.

LA county kills over 500 dogs a day in shelters. Yes, 500! Since covid, it's even worse. There is simply nowhere for these dogs to go and rescues like Rock N Roll Rescue, can't take in any more without help. Joes recue is at capacity and he's doing it alone. Every day, people send Joe messages about dogs that need saving, it's devastating to have to say no and have that on your conscience. With your donations, that can change.

Rock N Roll Rescue needs donations to build more facilities, feeding the dogs, medical bills in the thousands, simple things like toys, blankets and is in desperate need of people to physically help at the rescue.

You can also donate directly to the rescue via the website. "For the price of a cup of coffee, you can help save lives," with a monthly donation.

RockNRoll Rescue was established as another resource, another avenue, to save as many of these beautiful animals as possible, and to find them their own forever homes and families.

Through advocacy, fund-raising, and rescue events we strive to raise awareness, and create support and long-term care and financing for the rescue itself. Working in conjunction with hi-profile Rock and Roll musicians and personalities, Rock N Roll Rescue draws its primary support from the fans of Rock and Roll, and the many colorful bands and entertainers associated with it.

Every dog deserves a home and family. No home or family is truly complete without a dog. Our goal is to make this a reality in the world today, and in doing so, make the world a much better place for all."
