Sandra's last wish

Hi my name is Bernie and I'm fundraising for my sister Sandra, a little bit about my sister, she got cancer in her liver nearly 3 years ago now, she lost her liver and had a transplant, she had been told for years she would not have kids due to an auto immune disease she has had for most of her life, 3 months after her transplant a miracle happened and she got pregnant, we welcomed baby Hope to the world just 1 year after her transplant and Hope is doing great.

Unfortunately last year Sandra's cancer came back, luckily they operated and removed it, this year on the 6th February we got the most devastating news, the cancer is back for the 3rd time it's stage four and terminal, Sandra has been given roughly a year left with us, little Hope is just 18 months old, as a family we are devastated, our goal is to make as many memories as we can, Sandra has always wanted to go to Disney land, I'm doing this fundraiser to get her and the family there and to help with funeral costs when the inevitable happens and the ongoing costs medically.
