Bret Duplant and I fronted the money to pay for the Class Reunion. We both felt confident that we would have at least 120 people show up and priced the tickets and drinks accordingly. Unfortunatley, not only did we fall 20 people short of this goal, we had some unexpected expenses. Here is the budget breakdown:
EXPENSES: $6,645
Venue $3100
Catering: $1800 plus $545 insurance rider
DJ and Photobooth: $500
Drinks: $1200
REVENUE: $4,200
This equals a difference of $2,445
WE ARE ASKING FOR DONATIONS TO HELP US RECOUP OUR COSTS. IF WE REACH OUR GOAL OF $2,500, I PLEDGE TO DONATE $500 OF THAT TOWARDS THE CRISTIN AND KATIE GRUBBS FOUNDATION.
