Support Eden's Brain Tumor Recovery
Donation protected
In March of 2024, at age 23, my wife Eden was diagnosed with a giant, unidentifiable brain tumor that would have an everlasting impact on her life. Because of the size of the tumor, her surgery was long and challenging, but ultimately successful.
Unfortunately, the factors of her surgery left her with a rare form of vision loss called Homonymous Hemianopia, where she permanently lost half of her vision.
This has come with its own challenges; the biggest has been losing her ability to operate a vehicle and drive herself to work, run errands, or maintain a sense of freedom. Managing this stark reality, as well as additional post-operative challenges, has proven its difficulty.
After spending months at home in recovery, it was necessary for her to return to work part-time; but she continues to struggle to return to a place of ‘normalcy’, to make full time work feasible.
Although healing is a long journey, Eden is thankful to be a part of it, as she and her family remain hopeful for the future.
Any funds collected with your support will go directly towards bills and expenses such as rent, utilities, groceries, etc. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this story would mean the world to us. Thank you!
