I am a dog.

I have recently, through no fault of my own, again a dog, blown out my ACL. And my surgery is going to cost 3,500 dollars.

My owner is a loving, but deeply flawed human, who is asking for help to get me up and running (literally!) again. This last year(plus) has been really rough for her financially, but I've always been a priority.

We both (my owner and me) know that things are tough right now. And trust that asking for help is hard for us both. And we totally get it if it's not an option. But any little thing would help. The quote from A Streetcar Named Desire by the great Tennessee Williams comes to mind "I've always depended on the kindness of strangers".

I am super well read for a dog.

My Human, Darcy, also wanted to mention that any donation of $50 or more will come with the option of a personalized romance novel cartoon -- which is a thing she does.
