Get Leo to a Vet

We found Leo in horrible conditions after the snow storm hit. He is injured and sick.
We took him to a shelter and they told us they didn’t have the recourses and would most likely be put down. I couldn’t just leave him there. He is the sweetest cat and deserves to live, he deserves  a chance at life. I plan on keeping Leo, and Im trying to get him to a vet as soon as possible but as of right now I cant afford the vet costs.
Anything would be appreciated and will help Leo get the help he deserves. Thank you
