Today me and my family are asking for help with funeral arrangements for my father in law. Conrad Joseph Washington was Tortured In the  Mobile, Alabama Jail. Conrad is a Native of New Orleans, La but was living in Jacksonville, Fl. Conrad was a Paranoid Schizophrenic Patient. On  May 25, 2025 we were DEVISTATED by what we saw. Conrad had A Black Eye, a Big Blister on his fingers like he was burned, his fingers on the inside creases had blood clots, he had bruises on his arms along with what looks like gashes on his elbow that were trying to heal and had Black Scabs on them, His foot had black blisters on them like they were burned and both of his ankles were bruised like he had something tied on them, His toes one of his feet were black like there was no circulation for a while and so was his heel on that foot. His back had what looks like a Burn from someone throwing something on him and it leaked down and in the middle there was what looked like a spot where a blister had just burst. We were told by the Doctor that after doing some testing they determined that Conrad had a Stroke and 3 Mini Strokes. The Nurse and Doctor stated that when he came in he had Lice also. It was stated by the Doctor that if they had gotten him to the Hospital 3 days earlier he could have saved him. We are asking for any assistance that’s your heart will allow. Anything donated will go to the funeral arrangements.
