Beautiful Chelsea Hildebrand, daughter of Tammy (Smith) and George Hildebrand tragically passed away on October 9, 2015. We are raising funds to allow our dear friends to provide a proper resting place for their beloved daughter, and also to start a trust fund for Chelsea's 2 year old daughter, Willow.
