Udoka Women's Association of Southern California (Tax ID # 95-4759406) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded over 20 years ago. 

Udoka's primary objective is to provide financial assistance for the educational advancement of under-served high school graduates.  Every year, Udoka awards a one-time, $300 scholarship to 10 deserving college-bound students from diverse communities in Southern California. 

However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, Udoka realized more high school graduates would desperately be in need of financial assistance as a result of record unemployment throughout the United States.  In light of this, Udoka has decided to increase the number of scholarships awarded this year.   This year, Udoka will award its $300 scholarship to 15 deserving high school graduates.  

The pandemic has impacted Udoka's ability to fundraise in-person as done in years past.  As a result, Udoka is humbly soliciting contributions from donors to help the organization meet its goal of awarding more scholarships this year.
