We relocated to the U.S. earlier this year, as a family of four: myself, my wife, and my two very special kids, aged 5 and 7. Unfortunately, my wife has been seriously unwell since August 2024. She has been admitted into the hospital several times, required home care and treatment, seen various specialists, and been prescribed numerous medications. In addition, she's 22 weeks pregnant with our third child; this is heightened by the severe torment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG).

I am now caring for my wife and kids full-time while navigating a demanding and busy work/life balance. And I'm truly struggling. Medical bills are spiraling out of control, and I am fearful, like any loving husband or father would be, of the health, safety and well-being of my family if I don't keep trying. I've explored every avenue possible, consulted close friends and family, reached out to charities, financial institutions, even visited food banks, but, especially with the timing, it's been a real challenge and I've experience great resistance.
