Many of you have already been following Joslyn’s Journey, for those of you who are just learning about her, here is a brief summary of this amazing girl and her fight.

Early in February 2020, the Sutko family received a call that turned their world upside down. Joslyn had been sick all week with symptoms that seemed like a cold, a sinus infection or maybe mono. Unfortunately, it was much more complex than anyone had imagined. Joslyn was diagnosed with Leukemia. She and her family began an intense journey of nearly constant testing and Cancer treatments. 

For any of you who know Joslyn, you know she has always been a strong, tough girl with a bit of an attitude or “sass.” This Cancer has affected her and her family tremendously and the fight continues on. Her body has endured so many sticks, pokes, treatments and she just keeps moving forward. The next big step will be the bone marrow transplant.

Joslyn has health insurance which has been the saving grace financially, but this has still had a financial impact on the family. There have been costs and with the upcoming transplant (and future treatments), there will be many more costs. For those of you who are so inclined and are able to donate, know that the family is eternally grateful. We are also grateful for your prayers, this has kept us strong in the fight. We all know how blessed we are to have you in Joslyn's life.
