Help A Family In Need

Raul Moreno was an amazing father and husband to his family. He was also the main source of income for the family. We are raising the money to pay for the cremation, funeral service, and hospital bills. Everything will help us get through this tough time, whether its sharing this campaign or actually donating to us to help raise the funds we need. On January 17,2018 Raul Moreno was hospitalized due to a stroke. The stroke was caused by a blood clot in his brain. He went through a series of cat scans and MRI's to find the blood clot. Three days later Raul had surgery to remove the clot which caused his brain to swell. Raul was rushed into an emergency surgery two days later to remove a piece of his skull so his brain could expand without cause damage to his brain. Unfortunately the doctors caught the swelling too late and 12 hours after the emergency surgery he had become brain dead and his organs started to fail. The doctors told us that if he did make it through and survive that he would depend on machines to keep his body alive for the rest of his life. We as a family got together and talked about the decision to make. We all agreed that Raul would not want to depend on machines and live in a vegetable state. Mercedes his wife signed the papers to withdraw life support and agreed to donate his organs. Raul passed on this morning at 1 A.M.
