Alex Wesby, our dearly loved son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin was recently diagnosed with advanced testicular cancer that has spread to his right kidney, spots on his lungs and lymph nodes.  He is currently in the hospital undergoing chemo therapy.

Alex has been a very dedicated all purpose clerk for over 7 years, at a major grocery chain, he has hardly ever taken time off for vacation or personal reasons.  He is considered a "go-to" employee by his manager and is highly regarded by his co-workers. 

Alex has no health insurance and as the sole provider for his family he is extremely worried about the loss of his income.  Any help will be used towards his medical bills and keeping a roof over his head.
