Nick Culshaw’s Journey To Transplant

My name is Angela. I have had the privilege of working with Nick Culshaw for the past 18 years and (being a small island) we also went to school together- making his story really hit home to me, being the same age. Nick has had a roller coaster journey for the last 26 years with a rare heart condition which has put him through multiple surgeries and pace makers. He has now reached the stage where his only remaining option is a heart transplant. He is now resident at the Harefield Transplant Hospital, on the emergency list, awaiting a viable heart. He is writing a truly inspirational blog which is a must-read for anyone, whether you know him or not. https://nculshaw.wixsite.com/website I am setting up this fundraising account on behalf of the Pharmacy Team at St Mary’s. We want to raise as much as we can to help support Nick and his beautiful wife and children through the tough months ahead. Hopefully it will go some way towards the astronomical costs of transporting the family across the water each week to visit Nick. They are his inspiration and have kept him positive through the darkest of times. If you possibly can, please donate to this incredibly worthy cause. Thank you so much.
