My little niece Moiras dress caught on fire on January 20th. She has burns on 27% of her body. 23% of those burns are 2nd and 3rd degree burns. Skin grafts will be started around January 24, 2018. My sister, Moiras mom, and family will be struggling to pay bills. Moira is in a burn ward ICU away from where they live so right now my sister and her husband have to stay in a hotel room.
