Vader Needs Help! He needs a FMO

Vader was found in Del Luz canyon in Fallbrook, Ca. My son came across him malnourished and thought he was a coyote. Called and said “Mom, I found a puppy, what do I do?” Bring him to me. Checked to see if he was microchipped, nothing. We got his shots microchipped and fell in love with him and the appreciation he gave us for saving him. His hip was odd, we went for his neutering surgery on Tuesday and i had the doctor take xrays. He needs a FHO surgery. He is 7months old now and has no nerve damage which is great! He just hops around like a bunny. He is currently on Rimadyl for pain and swolleness. I am meeting with the vet to check to see what we can do for him. Please help our baby Vader. Husband was laid off from work as of 12-31. Life is never planned but love for an animal always comes first in our life. They deserved to be cared for too. Thank you for any help or suggestions.

*Update, Dr. Jenny confirmed he needs a FHO- Femoral Head Osteotomy. We have an appointment on Wednesday.

He had trauma prior to us from finding him with a hairline fracture possibly from being hit by a car.
Here is the plan:
2 day pre/post surgery
Shave the balljoint and socket
Use a wire harness in socket and keep tendon in place
Pre- xray and post xray
2 weeks bed rest and Physical therapy for 4 weeks including swimming
