50cc Bike Funding Assistance

I was diagnosed with Epilepsy when I was 5-6 Years old and I still remember when I had my first seizure. Due to my Gramual Seizures coming once every Month I always tried getting my Drivers license. But due to my medical condition it has been impossible. I tried Finding ways around it and I did. I first got an electric Bicycle but since I grew up Riding Bikes I was very fond of this bike. I’m trying to Get this Bike so I can legally drive something around without my Drivers license. Since its 50cc it can be classified as a Moped all I would need to do is get it registered and I would be able to have my first drivable vehicle with my condition. I’m not expecting to Raise much money but I would be Extremely Thankful if Someone helped me get my first Vehicle so I could get to work quicker.
