Eye Surgery - Single Dad Going Blind

We are raising money to help my brother get a much required eye surgery for his detached retina and cataracts. Time is crucial and limited to correct his visual problem. Raymond Chinn is a proud man who has worked 2-3 jobs to support his 3 kids. He is a loving father who is currently struggling to now just keep one job to support his family. Because of his visual impairments, he can no longer see to perform his duties and is at the verge of losing his last source of income. He loves his kids. He is already blind in one eye but diabetes wants to take the sight from the other too. He needs retina surgery. The surgery comes with a $5000 deductible and requires him to be out of work for a month. There are multiple problems that need to be fixed in his eye to even prepare for his retina surgery, which he is undergoing now.
