Hi Everyone.. This year I'm raising funds for two charities.. Heart of Scotland appeal and Macmillan Nurses Dumfries and Galloway.. My challenge is to cycle 5000 in 5 Days.. So I'm getting local people and beyond to join me in this exciting challenge..and to achieve 1000 Miles a day I've got cycling groups of 2,3,4,5 and solo cyclists each group and solo cyclist to cycle 100 miles per day for 5 days..
