This month, we have decided to take part in the ‘50 Miles in January’ running challenge to raise money for Air Ambulance NI as a tribute to our best friend’s amazing dad.

Emily - This was one of my Grandpa’s favourite charities, and since he passed nearly 3 years ago I’ve always intended to raise money for them. More recently, they provided care for my best friend’s family just this week. There is no better time than now. My avid Instagram followers witnessed me drag myself through Couch To 5K during the first lockdown and I haven’t been running since , so I’m determined to do this for such a worthy cause. 

Ellen - Let's just say I'm a 'run when I feel like it' kind of runner, so this will be interesting. We will power through and conquer in a tribute for our best friend and her family. A worthy cause indeed so prepare for sweaty updates!

Jenni - Haven’t lifted my bottom off my sofa apart from work for 6 months so this should be interesting! What a motivation though. Let’s do it! :)
