My name is Ruby Isherwood, and in the fifty days between April 22nd - June 11th 2025 I'm going to be running fifty miles to raise funds to provide medical aid for Palestinians

In 2025, Palestinians live in fear of conflict and displacement, as well as having necessary aid cut off such as food and medical supplies. Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works to look after the health of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. They provide immediate medical aid to those in the West Bank, Gaza and refugee camps in Lebanon.

Living with a disability, I'm painfully aware that had I been in the same situation as these people, I'd have been dead within five days. They have been suffering for fifteen months. I can't imagine what they are going through, so the least I can do is try to help.
