I’ve had the honor of working at CoachArt for 15 years. Every day I am inspired by the kids and families in our program who move through huge challenges with humility, grace, and enormous strength. Their resilience has shaped who I am and why I keep showing up to champion CoachArt's mission.

I’m attempting a 50-mile run to celebrate CoachArt’s past and future: 25 miles for the first 25 years, and 25 for the next 25. Two years ago I pushed toward this same goal but had to stop my training at 35 miles due to an injury. I’m trying again, stronger and more determined, because these kids deserve every bit of support we can give them.

CoachArt brings joy and possibility to kids with serious illness through lessons in music, art, and recreation. Every session is a chance for a child to laugh, learn, and feel seen beyond their diagnosis. That kind of transformation matters to families facing long hospital stays, treatments, and uncertainty.
