Dear NDA Middle School Friends & Families,
Please Help Us Thank San Diego's First Responders by funding 50 Delicious Meals for our Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs).
Our Goal is to raise a total of $1850 by Wednesday! (We raised $925 last week and used it to fund the meals for SDPD. We need to raise an additional $800 this week!)
Each day, EMTs in San Diego respond to 100's of calls for help. They often transport and treat people with Coronavirus symptoms. We know "Stay at Home" is tough on us. Just imagine how difficult it is for them, having to stay separated from their family members in order to protect us all.
Last Week, 20 amazing 6th Grade Families from NDA Funded 50 Meals for San Diego Police Officers, Detectives and Support Staff at the Downtown Precinct. They were so very appreciative. They said it really picked them up on a difficult day! The Fatta Family's Bay Hill Tavern provided the meals & delivery service.
If Your Kids would like to Participate too - Please have them make a Thank You Card or Sign of Support, email to [email redacted]. We will print them out and include with the meals.
If this works, we would like to expand this Go Fund Me to all NDA Families helping a different group of Essential Workers each week. We already have requests from Scripps La Jolla ICU and UCSD nurses. Let us know if you know a group we can add to the list.
