I don’t personally know Ashley, but I do know Stacie Morrow who helped to raise Ashley and her story touched my heart and soul. Ashley is dying of cancer. Her last wish was to get married to the love of her life Lionel. Their wedding is coming together but she is not able to afford a honeymoon. Luckily, I am skilled in the travel department and I would love to plan a surprise honeymoon for this courageous young woman. Her fiancé is from Puerto Rico so it would be a dream come true to go there. If anyone has the ability to help this sweet woman’s last wishes come true, please consider donating. Her cancer has spread to her kidneys and her time is limited. I will be handling the funds and will plan something for her ASAP! Thank you for your time and consideration.
Here is her story:
A few years ago Ashley began feeling sick and had many surgeries and tests before being told that she had two unrelated stage four cancers at the age of 28. Ashley has been fighting harder than anyone her friends and family has ever seen going through cancer. She did a series of chemo, then a series of radiation and now chemo again. Ashley was recently told that her cancer is spreading and there's not a lot more doctors can do. She is the mother of a 12 yr old son, as you can imagine, her friends and family are all devastated. Throughout this entire process, she has never complained or even asked, “Why me?” She doesn't ask for help or really ask anyone for anything. At the age of 30 and dying, Ashley’s final wish is to marry her fiancé of 11 years since her sickness has put life on hold.
