My name is Theo Clark and I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal failure in 2016 since then I have had a few surgeries and been on dialysis to help keep my body functioning....I am currently on a transplant list but due to my condition I am unable to work due to extreme tiredness from the treatment I endure a few days a week. I went from a hard work man to a person simply trying to survive and be normal as much as I can.... I am used to doing things myself but now I am here simply looking for some financial help as what I am receiving from social security doesn’t help at all unfortunately.....I am humbling myself as I ask for help
