I started this donation page to help my dear friend Jen during a very difficult time in her life. Jen is a beautiful single mom of 3 children, her oldest - a daughter is in college, and she has 2 twin six-year old boys. Jen lives in public housing and is doing all she can to improve her and her children's lives, she is pursuing a bachelors degree full time and was just diagnosed with breast cancer. Jen is a strong woman that will fight and beat this terrible disease but she is struggling financially. She will have to put her studies on hold while she fights this terrible disease. She receives basic assistance to help her pay rent and buy food for her children but other than that she can not afford expenses such as childcare, fuel and maintenance for her car and utilities. I ask you please to donate anything you can to help Jen and help her be able to focus on beating breast cancer so that she can get back to school and work and providing for her family.
