My name is Kirstyn and I have created this fundraiser for my mother, Linda Hickey of L&M Farms.

Linda is a NYS Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator in Orange County, New York. She is the biggest animal lover I know and has dedicated her life to saving every animal that she can.

A wildlife rehabilitator treats and cares for sick, injured or orphaned wild animals with the goal of releasing healed animals back to their natural habitats in the wild. This is not only a time consuming task, but a very expensive one. There is a new phone call every single day about another animal needing her help and with each animal, comes another expense. Food, shelter, medication, vet bills and transportation are just some of the expenses that she pays for. Helping these animals are her passion and she is not someone to ask for help so I have decided to do it for her. 

Any donation, no matter how small is greatly appreciated and will help save the lives of many animals in need.
