This year has been a very unfortunate milestone, thus why I am reaching out to my community for any selfless amount of financial assistance momentarily as I navigate these difficult chapters after losing my mother earlier this year. I have found myself between a rock and a hard place keeping up with HOA dues, living expenses, and other miscellaneous bills. I am actively seeking donations to assist me with a repair as there has been major water damage and a leak in my condo unit located here in Delray Beach. Ideally, I just would like to sell this condo and pay off whatever balances I have outstanding with the HOA, then relocate to a smaller more affordable residence, where I can rebuild and restructure my life moving forward. I'm currently working as hard as I can as well as seeking out new employment.

I've had a very unfortunate turn of events happen this year, from extreme financial hardship to the loss and passing of my mother Charlene K. Vivona in January. As a result of her passing it left me in a huge financial bind for a single individual as I am just one person and can only handle so much. It's difficult being that I am an only child and have no support from siblings, I am in no man's land.

Unfortunately, I was born with a learning slight disability. I am perceptually impaired which consists of a processing disorder issue, and growing up most of my education was spent in SLD classes. I was also diagnosed at an early age with Attention Deficit Disorder which is not uncommon but it has created some level of difficulty for me and has posed challenges from childhood throughout my adult life which I am always trying to work through it.

My father Benedict G. Vivona passed away back in early 2011 from cancer. So it's been a tough road for me maintaining strong financial income for my personal living expenses. This is why I am reaching for donations and any financial blessings on this platform.

As mentioned before, any donation big or small will help during this critical time, please find it in your heart to support or even share this fundraiser with anyone you know. My humble desire is get back on my feet and move forward. I am diligently seeking out a new full time job. Selling the condo would be ideal for me, prior to doing that I would need to catch up on HOA dues so there won't be any liens on the property, please help out if you can or share my fundraiser with people you know who may be interested in assisting me on my journey!
