Our family would first like to take a minute to thank you for reading this! We have set up this page in hope of raising  not only financial support, but also emotional support, in the form of your prayers.  Our niece, Gabi, was in a horrible accident in California.  Due to the sensitivity of the situation, I will not go into  detail.  Our sister, Starr, lives in Ohio and needs to be in CA with her daughter during this projected 3 months of recovery time.  Gabi has had mutiple surgeries and will remain in the hospital for the next three months.  This means Starr will have to be off from her job during this time. If any of you have ever had to be off from your job for any amount of time, you understand the implications of such a leave.   The money that is raised will be for living expenses for Starr while she is in California. (Housing, food, and the basic things needed for living) Starr will be staying at the Kiwanis house which charges $50 a day.  My Hope for my sister is, that she will not have the burden of financial strain during this already difficult time. That she will be able to be fully present with Gabi during this healing journey! Your donation would mean the world to our family and to Starr, so she won't have to leave Gabi's bedside during recovery. We want to thank everyone for their donations, love, and prayers!
