ItalianGreyhound pup has massive tumor needs chemo

My 4 year old emotional support baby has a massive tumor what is pressing so much on his esophagus, as you can see in the x-ray it is smushed to almost nothing!! He can barely swallow even liquid and struggles to breath...

He is currently on an all liquid diet and the esophagus is so small that he still regurgitation the liquid food and due to him sucking it back up it has entered his lungs and he has also developed pneumonia .. its one thing after another ...The tumor is surrounding the heart and lungs, esophagus, trachea etc so surgery unfortunately isnt an option and for chemo, they are not sure if its thymoma or lymphoma, we need to run some tests and autopsies to see what kind of cancer it is and how to treat it..i really need and would appreciate some help on moving forward with the next step into finding out exactly what cancer it is to be able to proceed to treatment! In just 1 week it has already enlarged according to x-rays... All of this is affecting his daily and nightly life so it is very heart breaking to witness. I have videos of the doctors showing and explaining the mass better for anyone who would like to learn more. I really appreciate you guys even taking the time to read this!!
