Diabetes Scotland

Hi my is Adam and I’m doing 5k Friday every Friday during the summer holidays starting 4th July in memory of my mum and to raise funds for Diabetes Scotland. This cause is close to our families heart as my mum suffered from horrible disease that caused her a lot of suffering. I hope to bring awareness to this and hopefully help others in dealing with it.
