Our mom has been fighting stage 4 pancreatic cancer for the past three years with incredible strength and grace. She has gone through surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, countless infusions, and blood transfusions, never once giving up hope. Despite all her strength, the cancer has become more aggressive and has now spread throughout her body. There are, heartbreakingly, no more treatment options left.

After many long and emotional discussions, my brother and I have made the difficult decision to begin hospice care so that she can find peace and comfort in her final days. Watching our mother suffer has been unbearable, and we know this is not the life she wanted.

As we prepare for what’s ahead, we are humbly asking for your support and any donations to help us cover her funeral and end-of-life expenses, which have come much sooner than we ever expected.

Our mom is the strongest woman we know. She moved to San Jose on her own and raised two children while working two to three jobs her entire life. She gave us everything she could her time, her love, her sacrifices — and we are who we are because of her.

She is, and always will be, our whole world.

She’s a fighter, and even in this final chapter, she continues to show us what true strength and love look like.
