On December 16th I experienced the most life changing and scariest things of my life, my boyfriend took drugs and not only drugged me but tried to kill me for a good 6 hours. this was on of the hardest things i’ve ever went through and it has brought me to rock bottom. I lost my health, my regular mentality, my apartment, lost my job and I lost my whole regular life routine. I️ have never felt so lost in what to do with myself and the only thing now I really know what to do is rebuild and start a new. i’ve never been someone to really reach out for anything unless it’s a necessity but i’m asking anyone that’s willing to help me rebuild back up to my feet, to my normal self, to love, live and thrive again, to help me, no matter if it’s something big or small, or even something small like a hug or a flower or a cup of tea haha.
This made me feel so helpless like I couldn’t protect myself. obviously I don’t have anywhere near the funds to find a gym and train, but after this experience I feel extremely driven to learn and train to feel better about my well being and safety. As I have been a big fan of the MMA, especially UFC it’s grown into an amazing association.
My goal in life now is to train and become the best that I can be physically and technically especially the drive I have found after experiencing this close to death situation.

TORRINGTON MAN CHARGED WITH BRUTAL ASSAULT ON GIRLFRIEND.Torrington — Police say Michael Truskauskas best, strangled and threatened his girlfriend with a knife, shoved her down the stairs, tries to break her fingers and cut her hair after accusing her of cheating. Truskauskas, 22, of 55 whiting Ave. in the city, was ordered held on $100,000 bond in Torrington Superior Court Monday on a list o charges related to his alleged brutal assault overnight Saturday. Police were alerted to the women by a report of someone sleeping in the back seat of a car in the commuter parking lot on Christopher Street, near Route 8, on Sunday morning. An officer noted it was immediately obvious the victim had been involved in a disturbance. She had two black eyes, and cuts and bruises on her face, police said. The victim hesitated to tell the police what had happened, the officer wrote in his report, but eventually identified Truskauskas, her boyfriend of a year ad a half. A protective order was on file, a court order base on a history of the violence, which requires the two to remain apart and not hard each other. The victim said Truskauskas “started throwing her seeking the apartment like a rag doll,” the officer wrote. The woman said he punched her in he face, shoved his fingers down her throat and tried to break her wrist and fingers. When she tried to wipe blood from her face with paper towels, Truskauskas shoved them down her throat, she told police. He wrapped his arm around her neck and choked her to the point where she thought she would lose consciousness. When he picked up a kitchen knife and held it against her neck, she told police she feared for her life. He pinned her on he bed and cut her hair. Chunks of her distinctive purple streaked locks were later found in the bathroom and bedroom of Truskauskas’ apartment. She recalled that Truskauskas told her “she can’t be a whore of she didn’t have nice hair.”He pushed her down the stairs, causing her to sprain her ankle she said.Police found Truskauskas at his home and asked him about what had happened. He denied any involvement in a fight and said the women forced her way inside. In addition to the hair, police found paper towels stained with dried blood, consistent with the towels the women said he forces down her throat after she tried to wipe the books from her face. They also found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a not on the table, apparently written by the woman. “i️ love you so much and you said you would never hurt me,” it said according to police, “You turned into a pill popping hater who could never love me again. This hurts to know you don’t feel and care the same as i️ do.” The victims mother told police she hardly recognized her daughter’s face.
