We are group of beginner and avid runners who are undertaking a major feat by competing to complete the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge. The challenge entails running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours straight.

We are raising money for two charitable organizations, Run4Rich and the Silver Shield Foundation. Rich4Rich is a Bay Shore High School charity that grants a male and female track athlete a scholarship based on athleticism, leadership, determination and scholastic abilities. Silver Shield Foundation is an organization committed to helping the children of fallen police officers and firefighters/EMS achieve their educational dreams.

We are asking the public for any donations that may be possible to support these charities that are very important to us all!
