Hi, we’re Aaron O’Connor and Michael Okere, and on June 26th, 2026 we’ll be taking on the David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge in support of the Irish Cancer Society and Samaritans.

Over 48 hours, we will run 4 miles every 4 hours — day and night — pushing ourselves in order to raise money for two charities that provide vital support to people and families every single day.

We chose these charities because cancer and mental health struggles affect so many people across Ireland. The Irish Cancer Society provides essential care, support, and services to those impacted by cancer, while Samaritans offers life-saving emotional support to anyone struggling or in crisis.

Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly towards helping these incredible organisations continue their work. We would hugely appreciate any support, donations, or shares to help us make a difference.
