Hello, I am Samantha a close friend of Lisa Van Kruistum.

Lisa was recently diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2025 she has been diagnosed with HER2 triple negative, and is about to begin her treatment shortly. Lisa will be fighting this aggressive type of cancer while also having Alports a type of kidney disease. Lisa Van Kruistum is a very loved individual who would give anyone the shirt off her back. She has been a rock for many friends through very hard moments and tribulations themselves without ever asking for anything in return.

Lisa is also a loving mother of 4 adult children who she has poured her entire life and self into, being there to support them through their own major health issues as well as supported her youngest in welcoming a beautiful baby boy this past February just a week before finding out the news.

Lisa has quite the road to go and is only going to be covered with sick time from work until May. After that keeping the roof over her head while fighting for her life will be the center of stress for her and her family. No one should have to worry about bills ontop of fighting cancer. I am crowdfunding to give back and help someone who would do the same for me.
