Help Support My Mom’s Cancer Treatment
My name is Jasmine, and I am fundraising for my mom, who is one of the strongest, most selfless women I know. She has spent her entire life giving to others, and now she is in a fight for her own life.
For the majority of my childhood and adult life, my mom worked overseas, sacrificing time with her family in order to provide for us. She served soldiers tirelessly, working 7 days a week, 12-hour days, for years. She has always been someone who put others before herself — whether it was family, community, or work.
Three years ago, our world changed when my mom was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. She fought through that with courage and resilience, even when her health became fragile. Then last year, she was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. She underwent surgery in hopes that it would give her more time and healing. Unfortunately, we recently learned that the cancer has come back and has now spread to her lungs and stomach. She is now facing stage IV cancer.
This news has been devastating to our family. My mom has always been a fighter, but she is now facing the hardest battle of her life. Her health insurance does not cover a lot of the costs associated with her ongoing care, treatments, medications, and supportive services that she will need. Our family wants to give her the best chance possible — and most importantly, the comfort, dignity, and support she deserves during this time.
We are asking for help with her medical expenses. Any donation you can make will go directly toward her treatments, supportive care, and the costs that come with managing a serious illness. No donation is too small — every single gift means the world to us. If you are unable to give financially, we kindly ask that you share this page and keep our family in your prayers.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read my mom’s story and for standing with us during this difficult journey.
With love and gratitude,
Jasmine
