College Tuition Fall 2019

My name is Alyssa Palacios and I am a junior at the University at Buffalo pursuing an undergraduate degree in Public Health. I am currently in jeopardy of not being able to return to my university this semester, as I still have an outstanding balance for my tuition. I need to pay this bill by the end of this week, Friday (02/07),  or I will no longer be a registered student at my university. Thankfully, because of the donations you all have made and a scholarship, I only owe about $4200 now. I am so close!
I have worked two years for the Orientation program at my university and am now the Entertainment Director of the Undergraduate Student Association (our student government), as well as a mentee in the Student Affairs Mentoring Program and Leadership Experience (SAMPLE) program. I have dedicated much of my time at UB trying to better myself as a person and student, as well as helping to better those around me. I take pride in my university and I value my education more than most things. I will be devastated to see it slip from my grasp.   As much as I hate prioritizing myself in this way and asking for help, I don' really have any other option. My family and I have tried pretty much everything to pay this bill, including applying for students loans, and we were denied from all. I am asking you all to please donate or share and help keep me on the path God has set me on.  Thank you so much in advance! I could never put into words how grateful I am for your help!
