Hello everyone! My name is Patrick. I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I am pursuing a bachelor's in IT from the University of Phoenix and I am a drummer.

I went through many years of my life not able to afford the best dental care and unfortunately, this has led to periodontitis and a large amount of bone loss. This means I need to get full extractions and a set of prosthetic teeth. The operation is very expensive and my dental insurance has no impact sadly.

I speak for my job and I perform regularly in the Pittsburgh area. This means that having teeth is very important for me as they are with anyone. I am asking for any kind of assistance to help get this surgery done because without it, there are possible complications.
