A Tuba For College

I have been playing the tuba for three years and not only do I love the instrument, I plan on making a professional career out of playing it. I am a part of the award-winning Valencia HS marching band, and was recently made first chair in the District Honor Band. There are many opportunities available to me as a talented young player both now and when I am ready for college in the near future, but I do not own my own instrument and that is why I created this fund raiser. My family is doing everything they can to help me but professional tubas are not inexpensive - they can cost anywhere from eight to eighteen thousand dollars. Fortunately, through research and hands-on experience, I have found the tuba of my dreams, and it can be purchased for $5,000.00. This instrument will not only suit my immediate needs and allow me to audition at a pro level, but it will be an instrument that I can play throughout my career. Any and all help is greatly
