On 11/13/15 Mikayla Perkowski's dad Michael Perkowski passed away unexpectedly.
Michael was a very devoted and proud father and only wanted the best for his daughter. At the time of his passing Michael was unable to return to work after undergoing extensive back surgery. He had a small limited income since his injury and provided the best he could for Mi'Kayla.
Michael's dream was to see his daughter suceed in life and provide her with a good education so that she would have a bright future and not struggle through life as he did.
Donations to this fund will be used exclusively to fulfill Michael's dreams for his daughter's future education.
This educational fund is being setup by Michael's loving parents Chet and JoAnn Perkowski and all donations are being invested into a trust account specifically for the use Mi'Kayla's education.
