Help Frodo Walk Again

Frodo is my sweet 4-year-old dachshund, full of love, energy, and that classic doxie spirit. He’s always been the happiest doxie, tail wagging, zooming around the house, and cuddling up with me every chance he gets.

Just a few days ago, everything changed. In less than two days, Frodo suddenly lost the use of his back legs. He’s now in pain and discomfort, and after rushing him to the vet, we learned he’s suffering from Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) — a serious spinal condition common in dachshunds.

Frodo needs urgent surgery to relieve pressure on his spine and give him the best chance to walk again. Without it, he faces a life of paralysis and chronic pain. The cost of surgery and post-operative care is more than I can handle alone, and I’m asking for help from anyone who can find it in their heart to support his recovery.
