Hi my name is kaiden and this is my story. i came out when i was just 13 years old and I’m 18 now who is suffering from chest dysphoria like i hate my chest so much and its doesn’t belong on me and i would like to get top surgery once i have the funds. I am currently putting money from my own pocket but getting top surgery would just complete me as a person and i would get to my complete stage in my transition. I’ve wanted this for many years as i can’t take binding any longer.
