My father was an amazing man: We were together every day, and every night I cooked dinner for everyone while he helped my boys with their homework.
My dad broke his neck on January 18 and was making a very good recovery. I was home taking care of him, and even during his rehabilitation he was such an important fixture in our lives. He was a tremendous father and grandfather. We are all devastated; he was truly the most giving and amazing man.
This morning I discovered that my father had passed in his home. I can't even explain my emotions. I am working quickly to prepare a proper burial for this incredible man. If you can, please consider donating to this memorial fund to help defray the heavy costs we are unable to bear alone.
