I've been living in Berkeley for 25 years.  I, now have the opportunity to purchase my house that I have lived in for 10 years.  It saddens me to have to move, especially if I have to leave Berkeley.  This is a huge opportunity for me.  The hardest part for of buying a home is coming up with the down payment.  If I could raise $25K, I will have enough to make my dream of home ownership real.
