My nephew Ethan is battling cancer- he has been since he’s been a little boy. He’s been through many surgeries and really difficult times- even having his leg amputated below the knee and fitted with a prosthetic. He has always been such a fighter and has used his challenges to make him even stronger. He recently found out his cancer had returned with two spots on his lungs. This was pretty bad news since he had taken all the lessons he had learned and strength he’d gained and spent his teenage years working on his bodybuilding and was just about to explore making that interest into an opportunity for his future, and this new development might make that dream more difficult to pursue. Also, his family is struggling financially, since the parents really can’t work, having to be there with him for Dr appts/surgeries/etc..- especially with this recent news. They need help paying for all the basics; food, rent, medical bills, hotel bills- everything- so anything you donate really helps Ethan and the family keep going- especially during these difficult times- it will give them hope- the most precious thing in the world. This is not perhaps the best telling of Ethan’s story- such a sweet, great guy and a normal teenager or tell the story of their already heroic struggle to meet this challenge- but I want to get this site going, since they really need the help and support.
