Power of Pink

Planned Parenthood Advocates of IN and KY are sending over 30 volunteers from Kentucky to Detroit to learn organizing techniques and strategies at Power of Pink.  

At Power of Pink attendees will have the opportunity to work with Planned Parenthood Action Fund leadership to create and drive programming in 2018 and beyond.  This conference will focus on issues  of access, equality, protection, education and freedom. The workshops, trainings, and networking will give us the tools to change the nature of power in this country and most importantly in our Commonwealth.

The Power of Pink is meant to be both a celebration and a commitment to doing meaningful work and deepening our leadership capacity for the long term fight for reproductive freedom.

In Kentucky, reproductive freedom is in jeopardy and this conference will help build grassroots power in the states where our voices are needed the most!
