The Clark Aquatic Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in Northern Virginia that seeks to improve the lives of children of low income families through swimming.
Our missions is to;
1.  Provide basic learn to swim classes for children of low income families.
2.  Raise money to provide scholarships for competitive swimming programs as well as training equipment.
3.  Sponsor and provide scholarships for lifeguard training courses.
Drowning is the #1 leading cause of unintential deaths for children ages 1-4 and the #2 leading cause of unintential death for children 1-14.  Low income children drown at a rate 3 times higher than those from middle and upper income families.
