Help Bruno Get the Medical Care He Deserves

Hello, my name is Tracy and I'm needing help for Bruno. I rescued him from Cincinnati Animal Control, which wanted to put him down because of his age. They lied about him, saying that he was a danger to society - a total lie. He's the most lovable dog you could ever meet. I can walk him without a leash and he stays right by my side. He is 11 years old and has been through some tough times.

I didn't need a dog at the moment. We had just lost my father-in-law back in January, but my stepson's friend came to us and told us about Bruno. They were going to put him down and anyone that tried to adopt him, they denied. So, he reached out to the rescue center and they said that they would get him if I would adopt him. This poor dog did not deserve to be put down because of his age. I'm hoping I'm giving him a happier life. He seems to be happy, but he's sick.

We took him to the vet. He said he looks good on the outside, but something is going on on the inside. The medical bills are pretty expensive and with us having to take care of my mother-in-law around the clock, my boyfriend and I are unable to work and we're barely making it ourselves. Yes, the question is why would you take a dog when you can't really afford one. That is a great question. That was a question that I would ask anybody myself. I did not know anything about his medical condition, but I wanted to give him a happier life.

I'm asking for help to pay for some of his medical bills. He needs blood work, he needs nausea medicine, and also shots. I'm guessing, I don't know if the shelter had given him any shots or not. The rescue center did not get any paperwork on him. They basically just handed him over without a leash or anything. They just wanted to put this poor dog down. Please, anything you can donate would be a blessing and anything that I don't spend on him will be returned. Thank you guys so much. Even a small prayer will help and I really need help with these medical bills to see what's going on with him. I forgot to add the story on Bruno his story is his old mama had him since he was a pup he got into a domestic violence situation she had him and his daughter since they were pups , she had to turn them over to Cincinnati animal control you too she did not have anywhere to take them they wanted to foster care and they were giving her just a certain amount of time to get them out but it within that time he ended up with kidney disease and was in the hospital for 5 weeks they made her sign them over to to them or they were going to put them down so they both went into foster care ,bella daughter got adopted but they would not take Bruno the Foster lady was going back to college and could not keep him any longer and his mama still needed more time she was still very sick but they said that they were going to put him down unless somebody adopted him that anyone that went to adopt him they turned them away they didn't tell them yes and they didn't tell them no they just made excuses oh why someone should not adopt him said he was aggressive he was hard to handle he could not walk on a leash and the danger to society he's a very loving dog I've had no trouble out of this dog I can walk him without a leash he stays Right by My side he's very smart and he's comical his first Mama tried to go get him back from the shelter before they put him down but they would not let heve have him back even though she has a relative that was willing to take him a rescue center was able to get him for me for some reason they allowed the rescue center to get him but no one else that could have gave him a great home and not put him through more stress this baby does not deserve to be put down because of his age and because of his breed yes he looked intimidating but the most vicious thing about him is his tongue he will lick you to death LOL so please help me he needs to get these stuff done so we can see what's going on with him I wish I could afford to do it but taking care of my mother-in-law is a 24-hour job for me and my fiance no we didnt animal and it is cruel to get an animal if you can't afford it but I was told things would be paid for him that everything would be taken care of for him and that wasn't true the only thing that was been taking care of is his food the sweet lady then some food once a month but he refuses to eat eat it he can't eat hard dog food because of his teeth are so worn down so please I beg even if it's 5 for $10 anything helps right now help me help him please and thank you and God bless everyome, I need to make something right the rescue center is not the one who said everything would be takem care of for bruno it was the persom whose name im not going to mention is the one whp told us ( me amd boyfriend) everything would be taken care of food medical whatever he needed so please dont be upset with them. They're a wonderful place to help save animals without them Bruno would have died in a cold scary place . When I was writing this go fund me I was very upset worried .so that part was missed not on purpose . I'm very upset with this person for lying to us ,
